Terms and Conditions for use of this website. By ordering wines from Preston Peak Wines you are confirming that you have read through, understand and agree with these Terms and Conditions.
Under Australian laws, alcoholic beverages can only be sold or supplied to persons aged 18 years of age or over. By opening an account with Preston Peak Wines and/or placing an order you are confirming to us that you are at least 18 years of age.
All customer information received by Preston Peak Wines remains the property of Preston Peak Wines.
Purchases made online or via mail/telephone orders will be processed by Preston Peak Wines or their selected third party processor, including Stripe.
All customer card details are kept confidential.
Unless otherwise shown, all the prices listed on Preston Peak Wines Website are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). If a product inadvertently appears on the Preston Peak Wines Website at the wrong price, Preston Peak Wines may decline or cancel any orders placed at the wrong price, even if the order has been confirmed and a credit card charged. If your credit card was charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, Preston Peak Wines will notify you and issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the cancelled order.
Postage/Freight Charges are advised in the online store.
This website only provides the option for sales within Australia.
The minimum order quantity for delivery is six (6) bottles.
Please allow 2-7 working days for your wine to be received from the date of processing. If you have not received your wines after 7 working days, please contact us and we will trace your order.
Preston Peak Wines may at its discretion withdraw wines from sale even though these wines may be displayed on the Preston Peak Wines website for purchase.
Any claim for defective wines must be made within 7 days of delivery date. All returns are to be delivered to:
